I made this just to have some fun! I am really enjoying the Dress Rosa arc and wanted to memorize such an epic moment!
Took the screen from the episode, vectored Luffy and then started recreating a background using the same screen I used + a lot of brushes and textures ^^
I made a colored version, but honestly guys, this one is the best ^^ I hope you will enjoy it, feedback is always welcomed!
