Bringing the fierce beauty of the Upper Rank Six to life! This piece started as a custom commission, and I am incredibly honored to share that it was recently highlighted in an official Pixivision article (Check it out here: https://www.pixivision.net/ja/a/10298)!
For this project, capturing Daki's menacing allure alongside the intricate, flowing details of her sentient obi sashes was a fantastic challenge. The creative process required meticulous attention to her recognizable outfit and dynamic posing, followed by an intensive digital/vector art workflow to ensure every line was razor-sharp. Balancing the vibrant neon pinks and greens with intense atmospheric lighting to achieve that ultimate anime fan art aesthetic was incredibly rewarding, and seeing it recognized on Pixivision was the absolute cherry on top!
